A bold New Townhouse in Brooklyn

Degraw Street is a dynamic, forward-thinking modern townhouse in prime Cobble Hill.

With this project we set out to reimagine modern townhouse living. We painstakingly crafted this 5,800sf, 25 wide, modern home. Light and air dance throughout the house in unexpected ways. Outdoor space abounds from an 800sf landscaped garden plus various set back terraces and an expansive roof deck.

We also outfitted the home with the latest advances in technology. Our “Smart Home” design is powered by Savant and there is a virtual doorman system that provides the convenience and security of an attended building.

Other features include five bedrooms, four full baths and three powder rooms, and an 800sf lower level media center.
