Because working with us means working with both the designer, architect and contractor at once, we can have more productive meetings and push our design further and faster than with the traditional contractor/architect relationship.  Additionally, the process usually ends up saving money - which is always a good thing:)  We find that our clients often use the cost savings to reinvest in other areas of the project, resulting in a further refinement of the design.
